Ian Potter Recital Hall, The Hedberg, entrance at 19 Collins Street Hobart
Summary:The Hedberg Ensemble performs two contrasting works of minimalism - Marc Mellits’ "Splinter" for clarinet ensemble and Terry Riley’s revolutionary "In C".
To contrast, we present charming arrangements by student composers of Prokofiev’s "For Children" and Hindemith’s often amusing Konzertmusik Op. 41 for winds.
Tickets are free, but registration essential as seating is limited.
