Food and drink on campus

The University is proud to support a number of local Tasmanian food businesses on campus, including mobile food vendors to add variety and support University events and functions throughout the year. All food outlets provide local, fresh, healthy, and sustainable food (including vegetarian options in all campuses, with most outlets also offering vegan, gluten free and dairy free options) which give life to the University’s eight core catering principles.

Whether you’re a University member or a visitor to campus, you’re after catering for a major function or just a quick bite to eat: there’s plenty on offer.

The University’s catering operations are overseen by the Campus Services team in Infrastructure Services and Development.

Customer feedback

Campus Services conducts regular feedback activities (including surveys) on the University’s catering offerings across the year.
